Module Description

This module will expose students to the concepts in IT project management in organizational context and examine the theoretical aspects of the most important project management’s knowledge concept in the general management of information systems.

Module Aim

This module aims at providing students with the significance of Project Life Cycles and teamwork and explore the importance of appropriate project management and administration, as well as the vitality of documentation

Module Learning Outcomes

After completing the module students should be able to:

1. Create extensive project plans and schedules

2. Administer project resources
3. Develop allocation/coordination resources, and interface with management of information systems 4. Develop tools and techniques of project management software 5. Analyse the implications of change in the human and organizations while managing an IT project.
