Module Description
The module Management of Corporate Change addresses the challenges faced in the event of transition processes from initiation to implementation. The module aids the students to develop an understanding of concepts involved in managing corporate change.
 

Module Aim
The module aims at enhancing students’ understanding of concepts, tools and techniques involved in management of corporate change.

Module Learning Outcomes
After completion of the module students should be able to:
1. Explain how strategic change management theory may be put into practice.
2. Discuss what change management is and why it is important in the contemporary business environment.
3. Evaluate particular external issues impacting on a businesses’ need to change.
4. Apply integrative models for assessing, diagnosing, and implementing the need for change.
