This course considers the essential, underlying theory and concepts that are involved in the handling of customer relationships within the Supply Chain industry and how logistical decisions influence the performance of the company as well as the entire supply chain sector.  

Course Objectives

The main objectives of the course are:

  1. To understand how logistical decisions, impact the performance of the firm.
  2. To assess the link between supply chain structures and logistical capabilities in a firm – or the entire supply chain.
  3. To integrate information and material flow across multiple organizations in the supply chain.
  4. To manage functional areas of logistics such as customer service, transportation and order processing.
