The module introduces students to the Front Office, which acts as the public face of the hotel, primarily by greeting hotel customers and checking in and out guests. It also provides assistance to guests during their stay, completes their accommodation, food and beverage, accounts and receives payment from guests. Front office acts as a hub where transactions from the rooms, restaurant, and bar converge

Module Aim
The front office management aims at equipping students with skill to perform all check-in and check-out tasks, Manage online and phone reservations, Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data, Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay etc.

After completing the module students should be able to:
