Course Description:

This module introduces students to the concepts of strategic thinking and provides students the opportunity to experience the use of scenario planning in order to gain abilities of how to respond quickly and effectively to market fluctuations.

Course Objectives

The main objectives of the course are:

  1. To provide an understanding of strategic planning which is widely used by organizational leaders in order to overcome the challenges of a turbulent environment.
  2. To gain understanding in concepts, tools and practice in strategic planning for organizations and their operations.
