Course Description:
The module focuses on guiding students on how to put into practice the process of data collection and analysis, based on their project design from the module Action Research Methodology I. It guides students on how to carry out field work efficiently and effectively, to collect and analyse data and to prepare an action research report.
Module aim:
The module aims to enable students to devise and carry-out an in-depth, independent inquiry based on their project design and to analyse and report on their data effectively through a research report.
Module learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the module, students should be able to:
1. Review the action research process.
2. Conduct data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, and data presentation
3. Compile a research report based on findings
4. Prepare a power point presentation for defence of the research findings.
